1. Ariana is Overall Mage Positive: Ariana is mostly mage positive and will typically side with a mage over a templar. She has her limits, of course, but overall she's going to gravitate towards a bias towards her fellow mages. She also does have some anger / bitterness / distrust for Templars in general, so please keep this in mind if you're writing a Templar or Templar adjacent muse.2. Blood Magic: Ariana is overall against blood magic and if she knows that your character openly practices it, she will not trust your muse. She can handle it if it's used to supplement something ( such as healing ), but if it's a mage's go to, she's going to immediately assume that your muse is suspicious.

Canon Divergences & Important Notes:
I'll fill this out fully once I'm done with Origins & Awakening. However, some notable things off of the cuff are as follows:Alistar & Ariana: Ariana's canon romance is Alistair. However, between pushing him into the ritual with Morrigan and then pushing him to accept the throne, she broke up with him before he broke up with her because she felt horrendously guilty. She knows that she ruined their relationship and that they'll never be able to go back. Although she feels Ferelden is better with someone like Alistair on the throne, she still feels guilty for pushing him into something he never wanted. If they become friendly / friendly-ish years down the line, that will be up to the individual Alistair writer.
Kieran Exists: I'm a huge supporter of Kieran existing and I'm not fond of VG for pretending that there's not a chance he doesn't. By default, Kieran exists and will occasionally be referenced if Morrigan is referenced.
Presence in Inquisition & Veilguard: Ariana is available to being around during the Inquisition period, but only post-Haven. While she's looking for a cure for the Calling, she will come back in a limited advisor role or a visit to help pick up the Inqisitor's spirit and offer advice. If she stays for more than a few days at Skyhold, she will be under a false name with only the advisors ( Cullen, Leilana, Cassandra, Josephine ) and the Inquisitor knowing who she is. During Veilguard, she will be available as an advisor and possible companion ( depending on the verse / storyline ) only post-Weisshaupt.
